Stretch it!

There are three major keys to getting good results from my flamenco method.

 

The first key is suppleness - muscle flexibility in a well stretched body. To acquire a natural flamenco style, the main trouble spots I've identified are all parts of the trunk, but particulary the chest and sides of the trunk.
